How to rent with us
We take pride in the well maintained homes we represent. We provide excellent customer service and we respond to your needs in a timely manner. we pride ourselves in great communication and understanding the needs of our clients.
If you are interested in one of our properties, please download and complete the application.
To apply you must provide:
- One completed, signed application per adult (rental references with a phone number are required). Each applicant must provide a signature on page two with a Social Security number.
- There is a $30 processing fee (cash, money order to Mt Diablo PM or Paypal payments are accepted)
- Two recent pay stubs or other proof of income (self employed applicants need their 1099 or tax returns)
- A copy of a valid ID (Driver’s License, DMV ID card, passport).
No applications will be processed unless all these things are submitted. You can email completed applications to raquelrath@comcast.net. You can also fax completed applications to (925) 677-7390 or bring them to our office Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. If we are not there, please slip it under our door (Suite #212). We do run credit and we will not consider applicants with current collections or evictions. No applicants will be considered without all the above.
